I am looking for a role that challenges me and allows for growth in a dynamic manufacturing environment which are industries I have developed most of my carrer time, automotive and yarn manufacturing industries as design and product engineer, and supervisor first and last assistant plant manager, head of production and maintenance teams.

I am an Industrial and Systems Engineer with a proven track record in supervising and managing manufacturing facilities. My experience includes leading multidisciplinary teams and implementing continuous improvement projects that optimize processes and resources. I have successfully managed production, maintenance, and quality teams, ensuring that customer standards are consistently met.

In my most recent role as Assistant Plant Manager at Parkdale Mills of Honduras, I designed and supervised the erection of a new ring spinning mill, overseeing all phases from initial construction to full production. My responsibilities included direct management of maintenance teams, preventive maintenance design, and the development of new products. I am passionate about driving efficiency and innovation in manufacturing environments.
