I also built an end-to-end production-line monitoring solution with Looker Studio and Power BI dashboards to support strategic, data-driven decisions.
Previously at Cargill Protein Honduras, I led a Six Sigma project incorporating Lean Manufacturing and a SMED master plan to optimize production processes. Using SAP, Excel, and Power BI, I monitored KPIs, reduced downtime, and improved on-time delivery metrics.
