At GARA Group, I manage IT and security operations for 243 devices across eight sites in the Americas and Asia. I administer access governance and standard workflows across Okta, Microsoft Intune, Jamf Pro, and Google Workspace.
I built a REST API integration between Snipe-IT and BambooHR to synchronize asset lifecycle and HR records, reduce manual updates, and generate recurring fleet reports. I also designed a Google Forms and Apps Script solution for cross-domain calendar updates while maintaining external-editing restrictions.
At HP, I served as the primary technical contact for Tier 1 enterprise accounts and acted as an AI and Security Specialist for HP AI Companion and HP Wolf Security. Earlier, at HCL Technologies, I delivered enterprise troubleshooting and supported Intune, device compliance policies, and user access controls.
