At Accenture, I enabled operational readiness across multiple LATAM countries through structured knowledge transfer and process standardization. I coordinated workshops and process reviews with infrastructure teams, documented operational processes, and supported training and change management.
At Accenture’s AD Security Team, I coordinated planning for the migration of more than 500 business applications to a new Active Directory environment. Earlier, I supported enterprise infrastructure and security work at Infosys and Softtek, including IAM governance, Windows Server, and telephony services.
