What I'm looking for
I’m a bilingual IT professional based in Guadalajara, Mexico with almost 5 years of experience in internal IT operations, technical support, and presales consulting. I’ve supported Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Intune, Slack, Zoom, Windows, macOS, VPNs, access management, onboarding and offboarding, endpoint troubleshooting, and internal documentation.
In my current role, I help build structure in a growing IT environment by improving support workflows, documenting repeatable processes, tracking endpoint health, and making access and device issues easier to manage. Before that, I worked at HP as an AI and Security Specialist in presales, where I helped customers understand endpoint security and device management solutions.
I’m interested in remote roles where I can keep growing in IT operations, technical support, cybersecurity support, SaaS administration, or customer-facing technical roles. I enjoy troubleshooting, explaining technical topics clearly, improving processes, and taking ownership of support issues from start to finish.
