I’m a dynamic, introspective professional with experience across high-pace sales and customer-facing roles, plus a background as a semi-professional soccer player. I bring soft skills that work in high-level corporate environments—especially emotional resilience, staying present, and embracing new challenges.

In retail and automotive sales, I’ve managed fast-moving customer service and handled online and in-person sales. I prepare and execute effective techniques to approach new customers, help customers having a bad time, and stay confident under pressure.

As a soccer coach for kids ages 1 to 9, I learned how to experiment with strong emotions and situations, keep a steady plan, and communicate with care. That experience strengthened my teamwork, relationship management, and ability to guide others while remaining adaptable.

I’m currently studying Industrial & Organizational Psychology while building toward roles that support people growth. I’m highly open to constructive feedback and focused on professional development, aiming to deliver strong customer relationship building, retention, and results.
