I am a customer-focused sales professional with experience guiding vehicle purchases, processing financing applications, and mentoring new associates to deliver a premium customer experience. At CarMax I coordinated lead assignments as the MDP Coordinator and supported consistent sales flow through accurate transaction processing.

In hospitality and events at Andretti Karting and Games, I led weekend events end-to-end, trained and scheduled teams, implemented marketing plans, and used social media to drive attendance and revenue. I opened and closed operations, managed inventory, and handled point-of-sale and basic computer system tasks.

Earlier work in customer service at Teleperformance sharpened my call-center skills: resolving member issues, updating accounts, and maintaining empathetic client relationships. I naturally step into leadership roles and keep operations organized, on track, and customer-centered.
