I’m looking for a customer-first sales role where I can lead performance, manage CRM-driven pipelines, and partner with finance/operations to improve penetration—while staying compliant and building a team that executes with trust and discipline.

I’m an Automotive Sales Manager focused on customer experience, disciplined execution, and measurable dealership results. I bring law enforcement academy training into my work—so I’m professional under pressure, build trust quickly, and learn new systems fast, including Dealer Center CRM.

In my current role, I drive monthly and quarterly sales performance through consistent follow-up, product knowledge, and customer-focused selling. I manage the customer pipeline from first contact through closing, partner with finance and insurance teams to increase revenue and improve product penetration, and lead day-to-day operations through hiring, training, inventory support, and compliance.
