What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a Sales Consultant or Customer Service Agent role where I can use my customer support, product support, technical advisory, sales, and multilingual communication experience.

I'm currently supporting Insulet customers at Teleperformance Lisboa, building on customer service, product support, and technical advisor work for Google at Concentrix.

I've handled sportsbook customer service for Betano, property-agent work for Traum Holiday Homes, and reservations for Hertz Rentals. My earlier sales experience includes Panasonic Europe, and I've also worked as a delivery courier since 2016.

Since 2010, I've taught English and German as foreign languages in schools and private settings. I work fluently in English and natively in German, with CRM experience across Salesforce, Zendesk, RightNow, and Avaya.
