In my current Customer Service Representative role at Teleperformance (Insulet Project), I provide technical support and customer service for Insulet’s Omnipod diabetes management system, guiding customers with PDM devices, pods, and order processing.

I use Salesforce CRM to document interactions, track issues, and ensure seamless service delivery, while troubleshooting technical issues with medical devices using clear instructions and empathetic support. Previously as a Receptionist at a campsite, I managed front desk operations, handled guest bookings and payments, and resolved complaints to protect a great guest experience—experiences that sharpened my multitasking, adaptability, and ability to stay calm in fast-paced environments.
