What I'm looking for

A remote or hybrid role where I can put my technical background and my economics training to work, whether in IT support, business analysis, data, or finance. I am looking for flexibility in location and hours, and a team where I can learn fast and contribute from day one. I thrive in structured environments but I adapt quickly to new tools and challenges.

Eight years in IT support at a large public hospital in Switzerland, working within a team managing a 10,000+ workstation estate across Windows, Mac, iOS, and non-standard hardware. Daily first-line support, incident management with ITASM, technical documentation, and cross-team collaboration on infrastructure rollouts. I also hold a Bachelor in economics and management (UniDistance Suisse, 5.66/6) with strong results in financial accounting, management control, corporate finance, and econometrics. I used R for my thesis analysing macroeconomic panel data, and I have foundations in Python and SQL. Native French and Portuguese, fluent English (IELTS 8/9), intermediate Chinese.
