At Richemont Campus, Meyrin, I administered user accounts and access in Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID for a community of around 3,000 people.
I handled onboarding and offboarding, including account creation, access provisioning and deprovisioning, equipment, and licenses. I also provided ongoing L1/L2 support through a ticketing system.
I deployed and tracked computers, smartphones, and tablets, and maintained equipment and license records. I contributed to internal process improvement tools using Power Automate and Python.
I'm currently developing my hands-on practice in Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, and virtual machines, while exploring Entra Connect and identity synchronization. I speak English and French fluently and have B1 Italian.
