I’m a bilingual, sales-oriented professional who enjoys connecting with customers, solving problems quickly, and turning market signals into real opportunities. I’m naturally curious and adapt fast, especially when learning new industries or product categories.

In my current role as a Business Development & Product Sourcing Specialist, I research new products and business opportunities based on customer demand and market trends. I coordinate supplier communication, pricing, sourcing, and order logistics, and I use direct outreach to promote products, build client relationships, and develop distribution opportunities in both English and Spanish.

Before that, I supported clients as a Customer Support Specialist—resolving issues efficiently under pressure while keeping communication clear, empathetic, and professional.

I also led a retail sales team, helping with training, performance goals, daily operations, and customer concerns in a fast-paced environment. While studying Digital Communications, I’m strengthening my persuasion and communication skills through ongoing professional training and public-speaking and persuasive-writing coursework.
