In my professional experience, I supported stakeholder communication, documentation, scheduling, and internal coordination, maintaining accurate records and timely follow-up on operational tasks. I also delivered daily customer-facing support as a Camp Counselor, managing conflict resolution and daily coordination while keeping clear, accountable communication with families and staff from diverse cultural backgrounds. I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in International Business from Universidad Autónoma de Tlaxcala and completed an international academic exchange at Universidad Santo Tomás in Bogotá, strengthening my intercultural collaboration and communication foundation.
