In my previous work, I had diverse responsibilities across several departments. I conducted UX and marketing analysis, created data tables and presentations, and formulated PR plans. As a PR professional, I managed media relations and social media presence, wrote press releases and copy. I also had experience in UX design, technical writing, and supporting the app and web development team.

I edited and maintained TV footage, schedules and database information for customized and pay-per-view listings. I analyzed program schedules, created database content per client instructions, and maintained relationships with programming information providers/clients. I also recommended solutions to ensure accurate editorial listings, authentic program information, and timely delivery to in-house

I started out as an editorial assistant before working my way to editorial team lead before I became an Editor. I communicated, assigned and managed orders, conducted research, proofread and edited deliverables, trained new hires, operated CMS plans, supervised and coached my team, and analyzed work data while problem-solving and coordinating staffing schedule changes.
