I’m a results-driven Business Development Manager and Customer Success Specialist with 3+ years of experience in commission-based phone sales, client relationship management, and B2B deal closing across fintech, trading, and creative production environments. I’ve managed 700+ client accounts and consistently closed 20+ deals per month, bringing a founder’s mindset to growth. I also founded Adservic.com, a freelance marketplace for marketing services.

As a Business Development Manager at LUZ (contract), I lead agency partnership development for the “Powered by LUZ” white-label production division. I target and onboard digital marketing agencies across India, run LinkedIn and Google Maps outreach campaigns to build a pipeline of 200+ qualified prospects, and own the full sales cycle from discovery to proposal, negotiation, and close—earning 15–20% uncapped commission on personally closed deals.
