What I'm looking for
I’m a customer success and account management professional with 6+ years of experience owning client relationships from onboarding through renewal and expansion. I measure success through retention, expansion, and customers who stay because they’re winning—backed by managing a 40+ account book to a 95% satisfaction score.
I build lifecycle engines that turn onboarding into adoption and renewal into growth. I owned a $720K/year customer-lifecycle revenue channel, lifted conversion and repeat purchase using segmentation and targeted follow-up, and cut time-to-value with 21 enablement assets and 13 training resources. I also built ActiveCampaign + GA4 logic to score intent and trigger the right touchpoints, including driving a $28K revenue spike in two weeks by re-engaging high-value customers.
Currently, I lead partner relationships end-to-end at Luxodd Games—owning onboarding through ongoing delivery, managing a 30+ account portfolio, and partnering with a cross-functional team to ensure commitments match what partners were promised.
