I’m looking to lead marketing strategy that’s both creative and measurable—building brands, scaling content and campaigns, and guiding teams with practical reporting so growth happens consistently.

I’m a pragmatic, result-oriented content strategy and marketing leader with 15+ years building strategies for niche startups and Inc./Fortune/Forbes-featured companies. I combine communication strength with strategic planning to set marketing objectives, monitor progress, and translate insights into practical action.

Most recently, I founded and lead Windsor Solutions, LLC as a Fractional CMO and Bookkeeper, bringing Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor expertise alongside marketing strategy and execution. I help organizations launch and scale marketing programs through brand building, campaign development, and clear, measurable reporting.

In my fractional CMO work, I created and oversaw short-, mid-, and long-term marketing projects for CapEx Resources, including site design for CapEx.com and QuickServiceCapital.com. I implemented branded email marketing with HubSpot marketing integrations, built training materials for employees and brokers, and produced HR landing pages and supporting written/video/social content—then applied marketing methodology to scale sales support and 1:1 initiatives.

Previously, as a Content Strategy Manager with CCTG/Finance Marketing Group, I oversaw and created content marketing campaigns across website creation, blogs, digital/print collateral, email marketing, and video scripts. I owned content strategy for 200+ clients per year, brought content in-house to reduce outsourcing costs while increasing quality, built a reusable content repository for the team, trained AI to assist content creation for niche markets, and led teams on annual campaigns for The National Alliance of Commercial Loan Brokers (NACLB).
