What I'm looking for

I'm looking to transition from day-to-day store leadership into an operations, training, onboarding, customer experience, implementation, or support-focused role.

I've led operations and training for Curaleaf, Trulieve, and Reebok/Adidas, opening 25+ locations and promoting 100+ employees into leadership roles. At Trulieve, I directed a dispensary producing approximately $16M annually while managing a 70-person team and an eight-vehicle delivery fleet.

At Reebok, I led the company’s highest-volume store at approximately $12M annually, earned multiple District Store of the Year honors, and helped deliver the first location in company history to average 4.00+ UPT for a full year. I bring hands-on experience in hiring, onboarding, compliance, inventory, scheduling, customer experience, and performance improvement.

Used lower-volume locations as training hubs to prepare employees for leadership and larger-volume stores, and participated in district onboarding and new-hire training initiatives.
