I'm looking to lead operations, training, and development programs where I can build strong teams, improve compliance and processes, reduce turnover, and deliver measurable customer and business results.

At CarMax, I lead business operations, training, and compliance for a team of 15 business office associates while supporting more than 100 associates across the store.

I lowered Lien Not Recorded exposure by $200,000 in three months, earned Exceptional ratings on all four 2024 operational audits, and reduced turnover by 80% through coaching and development.

Across a decade with Walmart, I led store, training, audit, and field project teams, managing inventory, P&Ls, remodels, openings, and large-scale operational programs. I aligned 200 academy stores on processes and best practices and helped teams improve productivity, audit completion, and sales performance.
