I’m a Dedicated IT Support Specialist with a strong background in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues. As an MIS-IT Specialist / IT SUPPORT at STI College - Legazpi (10/2024 - Present), I resolve company IT infrastructure problems by fixing network problems and repairing IT hardware. I also perform network maintenance, assist with internal server and network vulnerability scans, and support an IT infrastructure team.
Before that, I built practical, hands-on experience in troubleshooting and repair through sales and computer support roles. At XtreamCode Computer Parts Trading and Orlink Computer Sales and Services, I sold computer parts while fixing and repairing computers and laptops and troubleshooting networks.
