I install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, CCTV, and other IT equipment. I also support Microsoft 365 services including Outlook, OneDrive, Teams, and Office applications.
Previously, during my frontend development training at the Regional Trial Court, I created user-friendly system layouts and implemented responsive web pages.
