I’m eager to apply my skills in a practical environment, staying up to date on system unit components while providing hands-on support for POS machines, CCTV overseeing, and network setup and maintenance. I focus on concise reporting and documentation with step-by-step procedures, and I learn quickly to help strengthen the team’s day-to-day technology operations.

As an IT STAFF at Ace Hotel and Suites (Oct 2024–Feb 2025), I handled hardware and maintenance tasks such as setting up barcode and RFID card systems, deploying switches for events, configuring access points for private/public WiFi and Ethernet, and managing procurement for departmental needs. I installed and monitored hotel operations software (Microsoft Office, AnyDesk, Symphony, Keycard System), tracked network connection performance through TP-Link Omada and Rukus, supported remote access and DHCP-based troubleshooting with AnyDesk and TruNAS, and managed users via Odoo Inventory, Active Directory, and password resets. I also created PowerPoint “How-to” guides for repeated tasks, coordinated with HR/Administration regarding CCTV incidents, and supported clean, reliable service delivery from troubleshooting to documentation.
