What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a remote IT support opportunity where I can troubleshoot technical issues, maintain reliable systems, support distributed teams, and continue growing in service desk, networking, and remote administration.

I've supported healthcare and government teams by maintaining workstations, resolving hardware and software issues, and keeping systems available for daily operations.

At ACE Medical Center, I performed preventive maintenance across hospital computer systems, installed Windows and clinical software, and achieved zero unscheduled workstation downtime in my assigned departments. At the Department of Agrarian Reform, I repaired desktops, configured Epson printers, and assisted with LAN setup and connectivity checks.

I've also supported Globe Telecom customers with service requests, account troubleshooting, mobile plans, and digital products. I'm TESDA NC II certified in Computer Systems Servicing and bring hands-on experience with remote support, endpoint maintenance, networking, Google Workspace, and Microsoft 365.
