I'm looking to build a long-term career in remote travel sales and customer service.

At TOMMY'S TAVERN + TAP, I ranked #1 in server sales for 14 of 26 weeks during the first half of 2026. I use consultative selling to understand guest preferences, recommend options, and encourage repeat business.

At FRANCISCO'S ON THE RIVER / FLORENTINO'S ITALIAN CUISINE / MAMITAS MEXICAN GRILL, I handled reservations and delivered concierge-style service at Francisco's On The River. I also converted private-event inquiries into bookings by uncovering needs and coordinating customized menus and experiences.

My experience also includes managing and coaching hospitality teams and customer relationships in automotive sales. Extensive personal international travel has given me firsthand appreciation for destinations, cultural experiences, and the service details that shape a traveler's experience.
