I'm looking to grow key client relationships, use KPI and forecasting insights to improve retention, and partner cross-functionally to deliver strong customer outcomes.

At IW Technologies, I manage a portfolio of key accounts generating more than $2M in annual revenue, focused on retention, growth, service delivery, and strong client relationships.

I'm the primary contact for my accounts, coordinating with operations, supply chain, vendors, sales, and finance to resolve issues and deliver tailored solutions. I lead monthly and quarterly business reviews with senior stakeholders and C-suite executives, using KPI analysis, SLA performance, and forecasting to identify growth opportunities and mitigate risk.

Previously at Enterprise Mobility, I led operational performance and inventory strategy for more than 200 vehicles and helped drive 30% branch revenue growth in 2023 through proactive client service and two major account wins.

My background also includes high-volume customer operations at Starbucks and Chili's, where I improved customer satisfaction, supported inventory planning, and trained more than 20 team members.
