What I'm looking for
I’m an Account Manager who blends long-term customer service expertise with account management, leadership, and measurable growth. In my current role as a Social Media and Advertising Account Manager, I prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and yearly account reviews to help customers reach their goals.
I strengthen customer experience through proactive planning and strong communication, discussing values and metrics with customers and refining service pathways to deliver results.
