What I'm looking for

I’m seeking a long-term position where I can use my customer service leadership and account management experience to become an integral player in company success—helping teams grow accounts, improve customer experience, and hit sales goals.

I’m an Account Manager who blends long-term customer service expertise with account management, leadership, and measurable growth. In my current role as a Social Media and Advertising Account Manager, I prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and yearly account reviews to help customers reach their goals.

I strengthen customer experience through proactive planning and strong communication, discussing values and metrics with customers and refining service pathways to deliver results. I also drive revenue by expanding scope with current customers, generating leads, and leveraging cold calls and proposals/quotes for waste disposal, consulting, and supplemental services.

Previously, as a Technical Sales Support Lead, I oversaw and managed San Diego staff, facilitated alignment between operations and sales, and implemented training SOPs and onboarding for new employees. I built tools to improve day-to-day operational efficiency and supported account teams with customer support and order entry.

Earlier roles across administration, fulfillment, and tax/accounting strengthened my accuracy, documentation discipline, and systems thinking. I’ve supported workflows using tools like QuickBooks and Lacerte Tax, worked with CRM platforms including Salesforce and Hubspot, and maintained inventory/order controls while coordinating production and service completion.
