I’m a Cybernetics and Computer Systems engineer building a cybersecurity path through hands-on practice, including active Security+ preparation and guided labs. I bring bilingual application support experience grounded in system analysis, secure access handling, and security fundamentals.

In my current role, I serve as the dedicated support resource for a high-priority international VIP client in a production-critical environment. I investigate and troubleshoot incidents across applications, IIS servers, SQL databases, deployments, and log review—prioritizing by urgency and business impact while maintaining consistent SLA compliance through real-time root-cause analysis.

Earlier, I strengthened reliability and troubleshooting discipline as a QA Tester Intern on a cross-platform cloud storage product, collaborating with Android, Web, and iOS teams. I automated regression test cases using RubyMine and Selenium, supported Scrum execution through clear defect reporting, and improved validation efficiency.

Outside employment, I keep learning by shipping projects like a React-based email campaign platform and RSVP web app, focused on authentication, workflows, dashboards, and scalable architecture with Supabase and third-party integrations. I also co-develop Hidropon-IA, combining sensors, automation concepts, and AI-supported crop analysis—reinforcing my systems-integration mindset while staying confident collaborating across multicultural teams and time zones.
