What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can run security operations, strengthen incident-ready processes, and automate helpdesk workflows—while partnering with IT teams to keep networks and critical systems stable, secure, and compliant.

I’m a Cybersecurity and IT Support Analyst focused on strengthening security posture while delivering dependable infrastructure and helpdesk support. I combine Cisco CCST Cybersecurity training with hands-on experience in security operations, network troubleshooting, and protocol-driven support to help ensure business continuity.

In my recent roles, I execute cybersecurity protocols, manage helpdesk services, and validate technology assets to meet internal compliance requirements. I also improve operational speed by implementing scripts and automated workflows for repetitive tasks, while using structured troubleshooting to stabilize critical infrastructure and keep institutional systems running smoothly.

I’m equally comfortable building and integrating systems—refactoring PostgreSQL queries, designing FastAPI endpoints, and creating ETL/workflows with n8n, Docker, and Kubernetes to deploy and monitor integrations.
