I have worked as a Desktop Engineer and ICT Assistant delivering end-user support, network troubleshooting, hardware and software installations, and access management while meeting KPIs and service-level targets.
My experience includes maintaining network infrastructure, Ubiquiti Wi‑Fi, PABX telephony, Active Directory user management, and supporting property management and POS systems such as Oracle Hospitality Micros.
