I’m looking for an opportunity where I can provide reliable end-to-end IT support, troubleshoot hardware/software/network issues, and help minimize downtime through proactive, structured problem-solving that improves end-user satisfaction.

I’m a resourceful IT Support & Help Desk Specialist with hands-on experience delivering reliable, end-to-end technical support in fast-paced organizational environments. I troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues while resolving user tickets efficiently and providing clear, user-friendly guidance.

During my IT Attachee role at Lifecare Hospital, I installed and configured network devices (including Wi‑Fi routers such as Cisco Meraki) to ensure security and alignment with organizational standards. I diagnosed and resolved hardware/software malfunctions, maintained and updated IT asset inventory, and trained users while researching improvements for the hospital management system.

At Ewaso N’giro Development Authority, I delivered user support and resolved over 90% of reported issues. I implemented antivirus and patch management procedures and troubleshot connectivity and system performance issues to keep services running smoothly.
