I’m looking to join a dynamic team where I can lead IT operations and deliver Tier 1–2 support, secure networks, and improve system reliability through proactive monitoring and continuous learning.

I’m a dedicated and resourceful IT professional with hands-on experience in technical leadership, customer support, and IT operations. I’m skilled in networking, security solutions, and system maintenance, and I focus on providing efficient, innovative services while continuously learning in dynamic environments.

In my current role as a Senior IT Associate at Turaco Insurance, I support close to 200 staff members across multiple countries with timely Tier 1 & 2 technical support and fast incident resolution. I manage user lifecycle administration (onboarding/offboarding, access control, licensing) across Google Workspace, Atlassian, Slack, Microsoft 365, and Service Desk platforms, while maintaining and securing network infrastructure (routers, switches, access points) and running proactive monitoring and preventive maintenance to reduce downtime. Previously, as a Technical Lead & IT Support Engineer at Computerware Technologies Ltd, I led the technical department, delivered advanced security system maintenance, and provided end-user IT support across diverse client environments.
