I'm looking to contribute my native Portuguese communication skills, careful listening, accuracy, and ability to follow detailed instructions to AI training, language-related, audio transcription, or data annotation work.

I've spent eight years in community pharmacy, communicating daily with people of different ages, backgrounds, and communication needs.

I listen carefully, identify relevant information, and adapt my language and tone so customers feel understood. In fast-paced public-facing environments, I handle information accurately, follow detailed procedures, and work closely with colleagues to deliver consistent service.

My seasonal experience as a beach bar waiter strengthened my customer service, teamwork, and professional communication in busy settings.
