What I'm looking for

I'm looking to apply my client-success, relationship-management, and coaching-informed communication skills to helping high-value clients achieve lasting outcomes, trust, retention, and growth.

I've managed high-value client relationships across finance, media, e-learning, and government-facing education, owning account lifecycles from prospecting and onboarding through retention and growth. At Newsgroup International/CARMA, I managed approximately 40 accounts and exceeded targets by up to 400%.

I bring coaching-informed communication, active listening, and de-escalation to reputation-sensitive client work. Alongside corporate roles, I've built an independent wellbeing, somatic movement, and English-language coaching practice.
