At Fontis Residences, I manage servers, LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, UniFi infrastructure, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, IP PBX, VoIP, backups, endpoint security, and hotel management and payment integrations. I also train users, coordinate vendors, and maintain IT assets and documentation.
