What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build, secure, and improve reliable IT infrastructure, networks, and systems while contributing to implementation, support, risk mitigation, and technical team coordination.

I'm responsible for company IT infrastructure in Uganda at Reelanalytics Uganda Ltd, where I maintain, develop, and test server installations and updates.

I keep systems available through enterprise-wide planning, testing, implementation, support, detailed backups, and offsite data replication. I also improve system security and performance through proactive changes.

I've built and maintained network infrastructure using Windows, Linux, and virtual products, while assessing risks and developing mitigation strategies. I work closely with department heads to identify and resolve technical issues quickly.

Previously, I provided second- and third-level IT support at Keane Consulting Ltd and FMS Africa Ltd, implementing hardware and software upgrades, maintaining operating systems, and resolving LAN operational issues.
