I am a results-oriented Senior IT Officer with over six years of experience designing and managing IT infrastructure, networks, and ICT policy. I have led teams, developed ICT policies, implemented security frameworks, and ensured high availability of communication services across organizational and regional operations.

In my current role I coordinate regional technical support across Africa, manage helpdesk SLAs, oversee procurement and capacity planning, and deliver training and remote support.
