What I'm looking for
I’m an outgoing, efficient professional with a strong customer service foundation, consistently delivering results under tight deadlines. I create internal communications and liaise with all levels of clients and staff, while staying calm and organized to handle concerns, complaints, and requests effectively.
I’ve completed IT Technician Support training (Certificat IT Technical Support, Lvl 1 and 2) and supported real patient reimbursement workflows by entering information into databases, preparing files on time, and writing/distributing emails and correspondence. I also bring administrative support experience—scheduling, reporting, and managing office supplies—and I’m now working toward an IT Administrative Assistant / co-pay agent support technician path, then continuing to grow in IT.
