I have extensive experience working in Windows environments, managing Active Directory, and utilizing Office 365 to ensure seamless operations. Throughout my career, I have successfully upgraded and replaced desktops, printers, and network peripherals, ensuring that all departments have the necessary tools to operate efficiently. At Coulter Dental Lab, I managed users in Active Directory, configured Group Policies for access control, and supported Microsoft 365 administration. My ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams has been instrumental in tracking and reporting technical progress.

In addition to my technical skills, I have a background in video editing, having served as Chief Video Editor at Fox 5 Atlanta. This role honed my leadership abilities and taught me the importance of balancing multiple deadlines while maintaining a detail-oriented workflow.
