I’m an IT Support Analyst supporting Windows 10/11 enterprise environments, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, and Azure Entra ID for 900+ users across multi-site organizations. I focus on Tier 1–Tier 2 support, resolving complex user issues while maintaining high customer service and SLA compliance.
In my current roles, I administer identity and access management through Active Directory and Azure Entra ID (user provisioning, password resets, account management) and support Microsoft MFA and access issues. I also troubleshoot endpoints and VPN connectivity using Sophos Connect, while using PowerShell and batch scripting to automate system troubleshooting.
Beyond support, I help with deployments and refresh work—Dell laptop/desktop/mobile support, imaging, and endpoint lifecycle tasks—along with Windows Autopilot and SCCM imaging in enterprise migrations. I’m also working toward Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900) to deepen my cloud-focused capabilities.
