I'm seeking a flexible, part-time remote role where I can immediately contribute extensive business experience, reliability, customer-focused problem solving, client relationship management, sales support, training, and operational coordination.

I've led high-volume operations at Walmart, Sprouts Farmers Market, McDonald's, and Chili's, improving customer experience, staffing, team development, and business performance.

At Walmart, I directed 300–400 associates and 13 salaried managers at a $130M+ location, grew the leadership team from 5 to 13 managers, reduced turnover from 81% to 49%, and delivered 11% comparable sales growth. At Sprouts, I led a $15–20M grocery operation and improved staffing from 97% to more than 101% of planned workforce levels.

Today, I operate an independent real estate business, guiding clients through complex decisions, negotiations, documentation, and transaction timelines. I'm known for building relationships, coaching teams, solving problems, and bringing reliable operational execution to customer-focused work.
