I’m seeking a full-time sales or recruiting role where I can leverage 8+ years in workforce management, talent sourcing, and client partnerships to identify elite talent, drive growth, and improve hiring efficiency through strong relationship-building.

I’m an Operations Manager and staffing leader with 8+ years of experience in workforce management, candidate sourcing, and client relations. I aim to help dynamic organizations identify and place elite talent while strengthening customer satisfaction through consistent, data-informed execution.
