What I'm looking for
I’m a Manager, Client Strategy & Marketing who blends client satisfaction, process improvement, and targeted digital marketing. I’m passionate about creating impactful client experiences that drive sustained company growth.
In my current role at Stage Door Designs, I manage and maintain marketing assets and digital content for 200+ clients across industries, ensuring messaging and branding resonate with the right audiences. I monitor timelines, workflows, and client communications using CRM and project management tools such as Basecamp and 17hats, while collaborating with the executive team to identify growth opportunities and improve processes.
Previously at PIMS Inc., I served as the main point of contact for 80+ clients, building and nurturing relationships that expanded retention and revenue across diverse portfolios. I leveraged Salesforce for campaign tracking, forecasting, and upsell/cross-sell opportunities, and I led IMS (inventory management system) demos—delivering onboarding and training to support adoption and growth.
From earlier roles through internships, I developed a strong foundation in operational support, billing/payment workflows, and client-facing project execution. I bring mentorship experience, proactive communication, and a problem-solving mindset to every campaign and partnership—especially when projects move fast and details matter.
