At the Provincial Government of British Columbia, I developed RoadSafetyBC’s first internal communications strategy, creating the governance, channels, and roadmap that guide how the organization communicates. I also created a 101-page correspondence manual and training program that reduced manager-led training by approximately 10 hours per new employee.
I advise executive leadership on organizational change, sensitive issues, and reputational risk, bringing policy, legal, operational, and client service teams together on coordinated communications. I also led communications planning for a service transformation that moved public inquiries to a centralized digital platform.
Through Voxsana, I coach executives, researchers, and public-facing leaders on high-stakes speaking and executive presence. My work has included TEDx Royal Roads University speaker coaching and a masterclass, as well as coaching Cascade Institute leadership and scientists for media engagement.
