What I'm looking for

I'm looking to leverage my Power BI, Excel, SQL, and data-management skills in business intelligence initiatives that support informed decision-making and operational improvement.

I've created visual and management reports at Concentrix using Power BI and advanced Excel, helping teams make informed, data-driven decisions and optimize staffing against service-level objectives.

In Back Office Executive roles at Canon and HDINFOSYS, I've generated proforma invoices and online quotations, followed up on payments, maintained CRM records, and prepared financial reports for senior management. I've also supported sales and marketing teams through customer-account documentation, vendor and customer price negotiations, and social media inquiries on Indiamart and WhatsApp.

My earlier technical support work at ICICI Bank, Kochar Infotech, and Compucare involved resolving hardware, software, operating-system, and application issues through phone, remote desktop, and face-to-face support.
