What I'm looking for

I'm looking for opportunities in business intelligence and data analytics where I can build Power BI dashboards, analyze business data with SQL and Excel, improve reporting processes, and support data-driven decisions.

I'm currently supporting sales and operational decision-making at HP India through SQL analysis, Power BI dashboards, KPI reporting, and business insights.

Previously, at HP via BC Forward India Technologies, I created operational dashboards and KPI reports using Power BI, SQL, and Excel. I worked with stakeholders to improve reporting workflows and process efficiency.

At Tech Mahindra, I analyzed customer operations, service trends, escalations, and agent performance. I developed dashboards tracking CSAT, Average Handling Time, and operational KPIs while using root-cause analysis to identify improvement opportunities.

I've also built Sales Insights and Telecom Customer Analysis dashboards, and I’m currently learning machine learning and advanced analytics concepts.
