What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a role that combines customer service, social analysis, and operational management, where I can apply bilingual communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and developing data-analysis skills.

I've supported high-volume customer service operations at Junior’s in New York and McDonald’s in Fort Myers, handling orders, transactions, food and beverage service, and daily operational support.

I'm a Sociology student at Universidad de Caldas and participate in the “Socio historia y relaciones internacionales” research group, contributing to social analysis, literature review, fieldwork, and methodological support. I presented “Arte y capital: las fuerzas económicas detrás de la producción creativa” at the XV Congreso Nacional de Estudiantes de Sociología, and I'm building data-analysis skills through software-assisted training.
