I'm seeking roles, internships, or freelance positions in operations support, customer service, digital coordination, data analysis, or virtual assistance, where cross-cultural communication and digital execution can add value.

At Di Dio Pastificio e Pizzeria, I handled front-of-house customer service, table orders, and cashier operations, while building rapport with regular clients. I also supervised the assembly and dispatch of local delivery orders.
