What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a full-time remote role where I can support customers in Spanish and English, manage orders and payments accurately, and contribute to reliable day-to-day operations.

I've supported customer service and operations across Sunsations, Beach Cinema Alehouse, Sweet Frog, Marriott Virginia Beach Oceanfront Resort, and El Machetazo in Colombia and the United States.

At Sunsations and Sweet Frog, I processed cash and card payments, helped customers in English, handled purchase questions, replenished stock, and maintained accurate, clean service areas. At Beach Cinema Alehouse, I coordinated with kitchen and service teams to deliver accurate food and beverage orders and resolve order-related issues.

I've also supported El Machetazo's Rappi channel through store availability monitoring, promotions, service ratings, delivery quality, staff training, social content, and basic Meta Ads campaigns, helping develop approximately COP 1.5 million in biweekly delivery revenue.
