I am an experienced customer service representative with a strong background in patient access, billing inquiries, and inbound/outbound call handling. I consistently apply professionalism, empathy, and compliance with HIPAA to protect patient information.

During my tenure in patient access roles, I managed daily incoming calls, explained insurance explanations of benefits, and assisted patients with payment options and financial assistance programs. I have processed requests for coding corrections, balance adjustments, denial reviews, retro-authorizations, and appeals on behalf of patients.

I am detail-focused, capable of multitasking, and proficient at organizing work and managing time effectively. I follow company conversation scripts, ensure calls meet quality and time expectations, and escalate issues to supervisors when necessary.

I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and bring strong interpersonal communication skills, a solutions-oriented mindset, and experience working both independently and collaboratively to ensure patient satisfaction and accurate billing resolution.
